Studio Policies
1. All policies/rules were established to promote a positive, learning and
professional atmosphere for the atmosphere for the students and to maintain
a smoothly run program.
2. Problems or concerns discussed with anyone other than the instructors,
they will not be addressed or recognized. No exceptions! Bad mouthing of any
other student, parent, grandparent, instructor, or staff will not be tolerated.
3. Student(s) and their families are required to have good attitudes and show
good sportsmanship both in an out of the studio. Complete cooperation and
support is not only expected - it is required. Failure to do so, will result in
removal from the studio. This will be a positive experience for all, so bad
apples will be removed.
4. Routines may not be performed outside a studio/team function or a
competition in which the studio has entered without express consent from the
choreographer or choreographers, and may not be recreated.
5. A price sheet and an overview of what is expected is given to all students
and parents. All parents must fill out an enrollment form, sign, and
acknowledge all Bk's policies in order to attend class. If a student is selected
to be part of the BAM Competition Team, both student and guardian, must
sign and agree to participate; accept all rules and regulations set forth by the
directors/instructors; understand costs associated; what they represent and
what is expected of each. All costs are approximate and additional costs,
dates, etc. may come up throughout the year. Groups, costs, and dates are all
subject to change.
6. The instructors' decisions are final. Parents are expected to respect the
decisions made by the instructors.
